Terms of Service for RigMentor

1. Introduction

Welcome to RigMentor. These Terms of Service govern your use of our career guides and related services for oil and gas roles and managerial tracks. By accessing or using RigMentor, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Provided

RigMentor offers three types of services: career guidance services, informational products, and physical goods related to career advancement in the oil and gas sector.

2.1 Career Guidance Services

These involve personalized coaching, workshops, and mentorship programs designed to help users progress in oil and gas careers.

2.2 Informational Products

Digital content such as eBooks, tutorials, webinars, and career planning materials.

2.3 Physical Goods

Printed materials, guides, or merchandise offered through our platform.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Career Guidance Services

Refunds for career guidance services may be provided if a client submits a refund request within 7 days of service commencement and if less than 20% of the scheduled sessions have been delivered. Requests must be made through our contact form. Partial refunds may be issued based on services rendered.

Due to the personalized nature of coaching and the time invested, services are generally non-transferable, except in exceptional circumstances documented and approved by RigMentor.

3.2 Informational Products

Digital informational products may be refundable within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded or accessed. To request a refund, please complete the form available here. Once downloaded or accessed, these products are non-refundable due to the digital format.

3.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please use the contact form here to receive instructions.

Refunds for physical goods will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned items.

4. Service Rescheduling and Transfers

For career guidance services, clients may request to reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice. Transfers of services to another individual are not permitted except in exceptional cases approved by RigMentor. Such requests should be submitted via our contact form.
